Naturopathic consultation
As a qualified Naturopath and professional member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA), I am fully accredited and registered. Developing a truly successful outcome involves several layers that a Naturopath needs to address within time, competence and critical thinking. Therefore, an in depth and thorough initial consultation is the foundation for a successful result, for creating and individualising an effective treatment plan. I have developed an in-depth Naturopathic examination procedure, which allows me to understand and recognise how your distinct body systems perform and work together, to identify causing and contributing factors to accompany and support you on your journey to better health.
Initial consultation
The initial consultation takes about 60 – 75 minutes, where the time is dedicated to address your wellbeing and take a complete history of your health, everyday habits, diet, and lifestyle and review any medications you might take. After the initial consultation, a personalised treatment plan is created which will permit healing to commence, and health to be restored. The treatment plan may include personalised herbal medicine and nutritional supplements along with pathology testing, diet and lifestyle recommendations.

Follow up consultation
A fallow up consultation can only be booked if an initial consultation has been completed. The first follow up consultation, which takes about 30 – 45 minutes, is recommended to be scheduled about 2 to 3 weeks after your initial consultation. Any follow up appointments after that are recommended at a 4 week interval, in order to monitor your progress. This is the time where we review results from pathology testing, discuss your improvements or new health concerns, as well as adjust prescriptions if needed. It is also the perfect opportunity for you to allow me to continue to guide and support you and hopefully inspire you to achieve your health goals.

Vital mini consultation
The Vital mini consultation which takes about 15 – 20 minutes, is created for short term or acute conditions only, where symptomatic relief is required. Such as acute inflammation and infection like abscesses, wound infection, school sores, colds, flues, coughs, tummy ache, sprains, cramping or abrasions, and other acute matters. The first point of action is to discuss the presenting signs and symptoms where treatment is aimed at symptomatic relief. Any herbal medicine, nutritional supplements herbal infusions or creams that are prescribed can be quickly dispatched to you. Please be aware this session can only be booked online or over the phone.

Little Petal Consultation
This consultation takes about 45 – 60 minutes and is established to address the well being of children. It is an initial consultation at a reduced price to support parents and their everyday raising living costs. The time is dedicated addressing a Child’s well-being from the age 0 months – 18 years, which includes a complete history of your child’s health, everyday habits, diet, lifestyle and a review of any medication. After the initial consultation, a personalised treatment plan is created which will permit healing to commence, and health to be restored. The treatment plan my include: personalised herbal medicine, nutritional supplement along with pathology testing, diet and lifestyle recommendation.

Integrative Mind-Body Alignment Consultation
The Integrative Mind-Body Alignment Consultation is a 45-60 minute session designed to enhance your emotional, mental, and physical well-being through a comprehensive, holistic approach. During the consultation, we assess your current state, utilising principles from Psychology, NLP, CBT, and Naturopathic Counselling to address underlying challenges, behavioral patterns, and thought processes. We also explore goal-setting, aspirations, and personal desires to facilitate meaningful changes and achieve your desired outcomes.
The integration of Flower Essences activates and releases energy patterns, promoting balance, detoxification, repair, and restoration of vibrational imbalances across the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.
